How Can We Pray For You?
At NJBC, we believe in the power of prayer to heal, restore, and transform lives. The Bible tells us in James 5:16, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” No matter what you’re facing, know that you are not alone—God hears you, and we are here to pray for you.
Prayer changes things! Philippians 4:6 reminds us, “ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;.” Whatever is on your heart—whether a need, a struggle, or a praise report—we invite you to share it with us.
Submit your prayer request below, and our prayer team will stand in faith with you, believing that God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
Let’s seek the Lord together—because where two or more are gathered in His name, He is in the midst! (Matthew 18:20) 🙏✨

What We Believe:
We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He is the eternal Son of God and the visible manifestation of God in the flesh. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, He lived a sinless and perfect life. As the Savior of the world, He came to redeem humanity through His life, death on the cross, burial, resurrection, seeing, ascension, and seating at the right hand of the Father.
Scripture affirms His deity and humanity:
-
John 1:1, 14, 18 – "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God... And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us... No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father's side, He has made Him known."
-
John 14:8-9 – When Philip asked to see the Father, Jesus replied, "Whoever has seen me has seen the Father."
-
1 Timothy 3:16 – "Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of godliness: He was manifested in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory."
This belief in Jesus as God and Savior is central to our faith, as He alone provides the way to salvation and eternal life.
-
There is one God, existing eternally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe Bible is the infallible Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit, and contains every answer to man's problems.
We believe that salvation is a gift from God, made possible through the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. According to Scripture, Jesus died for our sins as our representative and substitute, taking upon Himself the punishment we deserved (2 Corinthians 5:21 – "For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.").
Salvation is received by faith alone. The Bible teaches that anyone who confesses with their mouth that "Jesus is Lord" and believes in their heart that God raised Him from the dead will be saved:
-
Romans 10:9-10 – "If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved."
Those who receive Christ as their personal Savior are born again by the Holy Spirit and become children of God, eternally secure in His love:
-
John 3:3 – "Jesus answered him, 'Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.'"
-
Romans 8:38-39
At the moment of salvation, the Holy Spirit places every believer into the body of Christ, uniting us as one in Him:
-
1 Corinthians 12:13 – "For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit."
Salvation is not earned by good works but is a result of God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9 – "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast."). It is the foundation of our faith and the assurance of eternal life in Christ.

About Us
New Jerusalem Baptist Church, is a place where faith, community, and the love of Jesus Christ come together to transform lives. Founded in 1976, our church has been a beacon of hope, worship, and service for decades, committed to spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ and fulfilling The Great Commission as declared in Matthew 28:19-20—"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations..."
Today, Apostle Sandra Randall, a mighty woman of God and an ordained chaplain, leads our church with divine wisdom, unwavering faith, and a heart anointed for the journey. She is passionate about teaching the Word, nurturing disciples, and empowering people to walk in their God-given purpose. Under her leadership, New Jerusalem Baptist Church continues to grow as a spirit-filled, Bible-based ministry that touches lives through worship, outreach, and discipleship.
As a community-driven church, we are dedicated to serving those around us, reflecting the love and generosity of Christ in all we do. Partner with Us in Kingdom Giving
We believe that giving is an act of worship and faith. The Bible teaches us in Malachi 3:10, “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “see now if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.”
Through tithes, offerings, and sowing seeds, we honor God, support the ministry, and bless others. 2 Corinthians 9:7 reminds us, “God loves a cheerful giver,” and when we give in faith, He multiplies it for His glory.
Your generosity helps us continue spreading the Gospel, serving the community, and advancing God’s kingdom. Thank you for sowing into good ground—may God bless and increase your seed abundantly! (Luke 6:38)

Want To Know Jesus?
Jesus loves you, and He gave His life so that you could have eternal life. The Bible says in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” No matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, His grace is greater, and His arms are open to you.
Jesus is the only way to salvation. He said in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” He paid the price for our sins on the cross so that we could be forgiven, restored, and made new in Him.
If you’re ready to surrender your life to Christ, the Bible tells us in Romans 10:9-10, “If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” It’s that simple—salvation is a gift of grace, received by faith.
Will you say yes to Jesus today? Give Him your heart, and begin the journey of discipleship—growing in His Word, following His ways, and living in His love. We are here to walk with you!
